Agreement to Terms

By engaging Mugdha Creatives for services or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this site.

Services

Mugdha Creatives provides branding, design, web development, marketing and related creative services as agreed in a project-specific proposal or statement of work. Exact deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are transferred to the client for the agreed use. Mugdha Creatives retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones as outlined in the proposal. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are settled.

Project Timelines & Revisions

Timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback and asset delivery. Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds; additional rounds may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any assets or access needed (such as hosting or domain credentials) to complete the work.

Limitation of Liability

Mugdha Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
